NVBS Spring Show

We will be putting on our Spring show and sharing our amazing bonsai with the public and visitors to the gardens. With nearly 30 trees on display, you won't want to miss this.

We would Love to have 30 trees by 30 different members!

Additional Information:

Tree Drop Off: Friday from 2PM-4PM or 9AM on Saturday Morning

Tree Pick Up: Show ends 4PM on Sunday

May 8th - 10th

Annual PBA Spring Festival​

​

There will be no monthly meeting for the month of May; however, NVBS members will be showing trees at the Annual PBA Spring Festival. Held each year on World Bonsai Day weekend, the Festival is hosted on the grounds of the:

 

U.S. National Arboretum

3501 New York Avenue NE in Washington, DC.

 

Join in for a full weekend of bonsai exhibitions, live demonstrations, hands-on workshops, children’s activities, and vendors from across the country. Preview the Festival on Friday with bonsai vendors and bonsai displays. A special ceremony officially opens the festival on Saturday at 10:30 AM, featuring bonsai leaders and dignitaries.

 

This year, the National Bonsai and Penjing Museum is excited to celebrate its 50th anniversary and the 250th anniversary of the United States of America. Join the party!​
