Demo & BYOT Workshops w/ Jennifer Price
On July 12, 2025 NVBS will host Jennifer Price, one of the few women professional bonsai artists in the world (the number is around 5). Jennifer, who is based in Chicago and who was a former professional ballet dancer, has an eye for the natural flow and movement in trees. She began her bonsai journey with Jim Doyle, owner of Nature’s Way Nursery in Harrisburg, PA where she met Walter Pall who she has been studying with for more than 13 years. She is also studying with Ryan Neil of Mirai in Oregon.
Jennifer will conduct a free styling demonstration on a pitch pine, Saturday morning, October 14 from 9am to 12:30pm. NVBS members can sign-up for BYOT workshops Saturday afternoon from 1-5pm and again on Sunday from 9am-12pm and/or 1-5pm. Space is limited so please register and pay the $65 cost per…
